KATHY VIRGIL-BELDING, MAOM, BSN, CRNC, has over 35 years in progressive leadership in the women and children’s healthcare industry, from public health departments to acute care inpatient, and outpatient services.  Kathy’s talent in coordinated and collaborative approaches delivers processes vital to financial performance and viability for the Perinatal business line. She has lead Perinatal Services to exceed most hospital service lines margin contributions including Cardiology            

MARTI JENNER, MSN, RNC-OB, RNC-REIN has over 35 years experience in leadership and education in obstetrics and women’s health.  Marti’s insight into the interrelationship between clinical care and financial performance has been pivotal in realizing financial gains in several hospitals.  Kathy and Marti have lead financial performance improvement initiatives in several healthcare systems with dramatice results.

CONNIE KAPROCKI, RN, has extensive experience in the Information Technology field with clinical documentation and financial systems.  Connie was instrumental in the development and sustainability of charge capture processes in both OB and Emergency Departments in a major metropolitan healthcare system

DENNY DENEND, RHIA-C, has over 35 years of healthcare experience as a Physician Assistant and in HIM Coding.  He has been instrumental in several financial performance improvement initiatives resulting in marked increases in revenue for Women's Services.  He is currently certified to teach ICD-10 coding for implementation in the near future.
